Slut Bagz Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Slut Bagz Affiliate Program (“the Program”), operated by Slut Bagz (“Slut Bagz,” “we,” “us”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate you must:

Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and to receive payment in your country of residence.
Operate a website, social media account, newsletter, community, or other channel with genuine audience engagement.
Provide accurate and complete information in your application and keep it current.
Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules in your jurisdiction.

We approve applications at our sole discretion and may decline any application without explanation. Approval is not a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. You are an independent contractor at all times.

2. Your affiliate tools

On approval you receive:

A referral link in the format slutbagz.com/?ref=yourname, and a vanity landing page where applicable.
A discount code assigned exclusively to you, which both gives your audience a discount and credits sales to your account.
A dashboard showing clicks, referrals, conversion rate, commission earned, and payout history.

Your link and code are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, share, sublicense, or allow another party to use them.

3. Commission

Base rate: 20% of the qualifying order amount.

Performance tier: 25% once you have generated $1,000 USD or more in approved referred revenue. The higher rate applies to orders placed after the threshold is reached and is not applied retroactively.

Qualifying order amount means the product subtotal after all discounts have been applied. It excludes:

Shipping charges
Sales tax, VAT, GST, duties, and any other taxes
Gift cards and store credit
Any amount refunded, cancelled, or charged back

We may publish a reduced commission rate on specific promotional, clearance, or bundle products. Any such rate will be shown in your affiliate dashboard before the promotion goes live.

Commissions are calculated and paid in US dollars. Any currency conversion, transfer fee, or bank charge on your end is your responsibility.

4. How sales are attributed

Discount code takes priority. If your code is used at checkout, the sale is credited to you regardless of any tracking cookie present.

Otherwise, last-click applies. A visitor who arrives through your referral link is tracked for 30 days. If they purchase within that window and no affiliate code is applied, the commission is yours. If they subsequently click another affiliate’s link, the most recent click receives credit.

Tracking depends on the visitor’s browser accepting cookies and completing checkout on our site. We cannot credit sales we did not record, and we do not credit sales retroactively based on screenshots, DMs, or other outside evidence.

Transactions that do not earn commission

Orders you place yourself, or place using your own code, including orders shipped to your own address or paid with your own payment method.
Orders placed by anyone in your household or by an entity you control.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
Orders where the code was obtained or distributed in breach of Section 6.
Orders we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, duplicated, or generated by automated means.

5. Payment

Hold period: commissions are held as pending for 30 days after the order is marked complete, covering our returns window. Cleared commissions move to an approved balance.
Minimum payout: $25 USD. Balances below the threshold roll over.
Schedule: approved balances above the threshold are paid on or around the 15th of each month.
Method: Stripe or PayPal. You must setup a Stripe Express profile or maintain a valid PayPal address in your affiliate profile. We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address you provided.
Reversals: if an order is refunded or charged back after payout, the commission is deducted from your next payment. If no future payment is expected, we may invoice you for the amount.

Tax

You are responsible for all taxes on commissions you earn. We may require a completed Form W-9 (US persons) or Form W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (non-US persons) before releasing payment, and may withhold payment until it is provided. Nothing in these terms is tax advice; consult your own advisor.

Unclaimed balances on accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be forfeited after we attempt to contact you at your registered email address.

6. Promotional rules

You must

Disclose the relationship clearly and conspicuously on every promotion. Use #ad, #sponsored, or the platform’s paid-partnership label, placed where it is visible without expanding a caption. This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission and by equivalent rules in most other markets, including the Australian AANA Code and ACCC guidance. Non-disclosure is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Describe our products accurately, including specifications, price, availability, and shipping expectations.
Use only brand assets we supply, in the form we supply them, and follow the Slut Bagz Brand Guidelines regarding logo use, clear space, and color.

You must not

Bid on “Slut Bagz,” “slutbagz,” or close variants and misspellings in paid search, or use our brand in display URLs.
Register domains, subdomains, social handles, or app names containing our brand or confusingly similar terms.
Post your code to coupon aggregators, deal forums, cashback sites, browser extensions, or discount databases.
Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, adware, toolbars, pop-unders, or any method that sets tracking without a deliberate user click.
Send unsolicited email, DMs, or messages, or promote through any channel that violates that platform’s spam policy.
Represent yourself as Slut Bagz, speak on our behalf, issue press statements, or respond to customer service matters as though you were us.
Purchase our products for resale, or present yourself as an authorized reseller or distributor.
Publish our products alongside content that is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, or that promotes illegal activity.

Brand-specific requirement

Our name is a joke about obsession with a sport. It is not a sexual reference and it is not aimed at any gender or group. Content promoting Slut Bagz must keep that framing. Do not produce anything sexually explicit or suggestive, anything demeaning to any person or group, anything built on gendered assumptions, or anything that trades on shock value. Playful is fine; the line is set out in our brand guidelines and we enforce it.

If you plan to run paid advertising featuring our products, get written approval first. Some of our product artwork is restricted on certain ad platforms.

7. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Slut Bagz name, logos, product images, and approved marketing assets solely to promote our products under this Program. This licence ends immediately when your participation ends, and you must stop using the assets and remove them from your channels within 10 days.

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, reshare, and use that content in our own marketing, with credit, for as long as you remain an active affiliate and for 12 months afterward. Tell us in writing if you want a specific piece excluded.

8. Term and termination

Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason, with written notice to the other. On termination:

Your link and code are deactivated and stop tracking.
Commissions already approved will be paid on the normal schedule, subject to the minimum payout threshold.
Pending commissions will be honoured if the underlying orders clear the hold period without refund.

If we terminate you for breach of Section 6, or for fraud, we may withhold all unpaid commissions, pending and approved.

Sections 5 (as to reversals and tax), 7, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.

9. Changes to the Program

We may change these terms, the commission rate, the attribution window, or any other aspect of the Program at any time. Material changes take effect 14 days after we post the updated terms and notify you at your registered email address. Changes are not retroactive: commissions already earned are paid at the rate in force when the order was placed. Continuing to promote us after the effective date means you accept the change.

We may also modify or discontinue the Program entirely, in which case approved commissions will still be paid.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Program is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, or earnings, and we do not warrant that tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free. Ad blockers, privacy settings, browser restrictions, and platform changes can prevent tracking, and we are not liable for commissions lost to them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the six months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your promotional activity, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or platform policy.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Program and supersede any prior discussion.
